Looks like I am gonna be able to buy a lot of pink stuff!

So last week I had my ultrasound and got to take our second look at our baby! Our first look at it, it was the size of a bean, so seeing its little face and body was so cute and amazing! And we found out we are having a little girl. A super active girl the ultrasound tech told us, she kept wiggling sooo much! I figured she was pretty active cause she moves ALL DAY! But I love feeling her little kicks. And as of a few days ago my hubby can feel her kicks too, sometimes. 

I already bought cute pink crib bedding and my mom was wonderful enough to buy us a stroller carseat combo, so that was awesome, so we are almost there! Just the crib is the main thing we need, and I am not going to buy that until later in the fall since right now we live in a basement, but in November we move into a town house, so that will be awesome! 

Her name is Analiese Kayla Pierson!

Baby!

I am halfway through my pregnancy, Wahoo! Although it does seem like the halfway point should have been long ago. These last few months are like in slow motion. 

But today I finally get to see my baby. I have my ultrasound tonight at five (yeah I have to wait clear tonight for my husband to get home to go, its going to be a long day) but we get to find out what gender the baby is. I am so excited. I feel like it might be a boy. 

It is an incredibly active baby, I felt it move at 17 weeks and it hasn't stopped moving since, and it kicks the hardest when I am watching action movies, such as Thor. So all signs point to boy! But who knows, maybe its just a girl and it also thinks Thor is incredibly hot and thats why it kicks so hard... 

And the ring on the string over the belly thing pointed to a girl... so I am at a loss. 

But  I am excited to find out, and especially to see the little munchkin that has been living in me for the last five months.

An Abundance of Wreaths

So lately I have been trying to go on a lot of walks lately. Cause mostly I just spend my days lying on our love sac taking a ton of naps (I love you naptime!) so I have to get some kind of exercise I guess... But right now we live in a super cute little neighborhood and everyone has a cute wreath on their door. They are all so different so I figured I should take some pictures of them and then maybe give everyone some ideas on some cute summer wreaths for your home. 

Ok, so I went out this week and took some pictures and man I felt like a real creeper taking pictures of people's doors. So I apologize if a few of them are a little blurry. I didn't want to linger any longer than I had to outside people's homes. 

But I hope these all give you some ideas. Some look homemade, and some are store bought, but you are all so crafty so I am sure if you wanted to you could make any of these.

Ok, so not exactly a wreath, but come on, how easy! And festive. 

This looks like flowers and I had to get a little closer to see what it was, but it is actually made from like little pine things, like little pine pods or something, I don't know the word for it... 

This is made from paper, it looks like it was store bought, but HERE is my tutorial on how to make paper wreath flowers.

So it took me forever to be able to do this project. My husband is doing like high speed summer classes and so I have barely seen him let alone the laptop the last month which makes posting a but hard. But someday this pretty little macbook will be all mine, no more sharing!

Two Wonderful Years.

Two Years Ago today, I married this man...

We were married on 5/2/09 at 11:00 am at the Draper Utah Temple. 

It was the happiest day of my life. 

I am so lucky to be married to my wonderful best friend. 

I have loved every minute of these last two years, 

I can't wait to spend eternity with this man!

And I am so excited for our little family to grow even more when baby comes.

So I have my first doctor's appointment tomorrow. I am requesting drugs, lots of drugs to make the nausea go away, cause I can't take it any longer. I am now well into my eighth week of pregnancy and have broken out like crazy (thanks a lot baby) and feel like my body is basically falling apart. And I haven't even got a big tummy yet! And I feel like I have to eat something every hour, which is super annoying, I never thought I would see the day that I was sick of snacking.

Thank you guys so much. I can't believe I have 100 followers. It is crazy. You guys are amazing, thank you for following. 

Now I know I haven't been posting as much and I said a couple weeks ago that I was sorry cause I had been busy with moving and stuff and I promised I would be posting more. 

Unfortunately I have not been posting more and I am so sorry. I am not done with this blog, and I do have some projects in mind that I am hoping to work on soon, but honestly I have been so tired lately. 

Cause two weeks ago (actually on the day that we were moving) I found out I am pregnant. 

Which was such awesome news and we couldn't be more happy. 

I am now 7 weeks pregnant, super tired and now in the throws of MORNING SICKNESS. 

I am on a diet of Fruit Loop, Otter pops, and whatever craving I am having at the moment, yesterday it was a hamburger, and today it is garlic bread (which I do not have, sorry baby)

So honestly I have had no motivation to craft, and cooking is not high on my priority list when I am bent over the toilet throwing up my grape juice. 

This is baby #1 so I am not quite used to my body feeling so insanely awful. But hopefully it passes soon, or my doctor gives me some medication soon! 

So I will continue with this blog, but I apologize if I cannot post as often. 

I appreciate you guys sticking by me. 

And I will keep you updated on our baby.
